If you are getting this error after our patch release, then for some reason your game files got corrupted and the game need to be re-installed. We are sorry about this problem. Please do not panic about the message itself. This message is triggered because the version is being detected as a bad client version.
In order to remove the current installation, you need to uninstall completely including removing all the leftover files. Please see this thread for help on doing successful full removal of whatever version you have installed right now:
